Pimento Cheese

Our Takenga Gold takes this classic cheese spread/dip to the next level. Makes a great addition to a platter or adds a kick to any sandwich.

Makes 1½-2 cups

180g Origin Earth Takenga Gold, coarsely grated

½ roasted red capsicum, finely chopped

¼ cup mayonnaise

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

chipotle or chilli flakes of your choice, to taste

1              Place grated cheese in a medium bowl.

2              Add red capsicum, mayonnaise, black pepper, and chilli flakes and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow flavours to develop.
