Fresh Feta in Brine

Origin Earth Fresh Feta is made at our Havelock North factory from fresh cows’ or sheep milk. Feta was traditionally made from sheep or goats’ milk in Turkey and Greece. By packing our feta in a 20% brine we have tried to preserve the traditions of life with no refrigeration.

Feta can be used on salads or with roast dishes. For a less salty palet, rinse or soak in fresh water and dab dry before using.

Available in retail pots or catering pots.
