Lebanese Cream Cheese

Origin Earth Lebanese Cream Cheese is a yoghurt-based, smooth, thick, naturally low-fat cream cheese. Lab tests show that our cream cheese has just one-third of the fat content of normal cream cheese. Use wherever you would use normal cream cheese in both savoury and sweet dishes.

We like to roll it into small balls then in a fresh herb mixture – choose your favourite single herb or combination. Another of our favourite coatings is cumin – dry roast whole cumin seeds, then grind a pinch of sea salt. The balls can be served fresh sprinkled with olive oil or stored in olive oil until required.
